Here's how...

 Our party package is a minimum of $100 which includes set-up, tear down, and one hour of service with 25 shaved ice. Additional shaved ice are $2 each. Additional hours are a minimum of $50 including 25 shaved ice. It includes your choice of 12 flavors. Larger events and corporate parties will be worked out on a case by case basis.

PAYMENTS:  Please make all payments payable to Westcott’s Arctic Ice.  A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your date.  Remaining balance due the day of the event before service begins unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Cancellations must occur 7 calendar days prior to the event in order to avoid paying the balance.  Changes to the order must be made no later than 7 days prior to the date of the event. Changes to the order within 7 days prior to the event will be subject to additional fees. Any changes, additions or modifications must be done within 3 business days of contract date.  

SET‐UP/CLEAN‐UP:  At least 1 hour set‐up time is required. Westcott’s Arctic Ice will break down and clean up service site before leaving.
