Here's how...

 Our party package is a minimum of $150 which includes set-up, tear down, and one hour of service with 30 shaved ice. Additional shaved ice are $3.50 each. Additional hours are a minimum of $100 including 30 shaved ice. It includes the 12 most popular flavors and one or two of your choice (if available). Larger events and corporate parties will be worked out on a case by case basis.

PAYMENTS:  Please make all payments payable to Westcott’s Arctic Ice.  A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your date.  Remaining balance due the day of the event before service begins unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Cancellations must occur 7 calendar days prior to the event in order to avoid paying the balance.  Changes to the order must be made no later than 7 days prior to the date of the event. Changes to the order within 7 days prior to the event will be subject to additional fees. Any changes, additions or modifications must be done within 3 business days of contract date.  

SET‐UP/CLEAN‐UP:  At least 1 hour set‐up time is required. Westcott’s Arctic Ice will break down and clean up service site before leaving.

Milage Fee:   Westcott’s Arctic Shaved Ice serves a radius of 20 miles. An additional $.60/ mile charge will apply to every mile over 40 miles round trip.
